Yes. We deliver to Falfurrias, Premont, Hebbronville, and surrounding areas within reason.  If you live farther out, we can potentially arrange to meet you part way.

Yes. Delivery is absolutely FREE. We can deliver to your home or place of work.

We are Falfurrias Family Pharmacy. We were formerly Fred's Pharmacy, but with new ownership, we got a facelift and a new name. Make sure to tell your doctor that your pharmacy of choice is Falfurrias Family Pharmacy so there is no confusion.

Yes. We have both Android and Apple apps for viewing, refilling, and managing your prescriptions.  We also have an Apple app for printing/ordering photos.  Just click on "DOWNLOAD APP" or "PHOTO PRINTING" at the top or bottom of the screen.

We are located at 202 W Rice St. in Falfurrias on the corner of Rice St. and Caldwell St.  We are at the same location that was formerly Fred's Pharmacy. For directions, select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen, then scroll down to the bottom and choose "DIRECTIONS TO PHARMACY".

Yes. We offer a full range of DME supplies, including diabetic shoes, wheel chairs, diapers, and testing supplies.  We also offer free delivery on DME.

With new ownership, we now have access to multiple suppliers and partner pharmacies. We now have superior access to prescription medications and in most cases same day or next day delivery.  If your old pharmacy can't get an item, it is likely that we can!

Yes. We have an ice cream counter with 12 flavors of old-fashioned hard-serve ice cream. Get it in a cup, sugar cone, or waffle cone.  We also have freshly popped popcorn daily!

Yes. We currently have the only photo printing booth in the Falfurrias/Hebbronville/Premont area.  You can directly connect your device to our booth, download the app, or print from the website.  For more information or instructions, select "PRINT PHOTOS" at the top or bottom of the screen.

Yes. We offer a full range of vaccines daily including flu, pneumonia, shingles, tetanus, and many others. We offer Covid-19 vaccines on Fridays only.

Yes. We are currently offering Covid-19 testing daily from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  No appointment is needed. Please call us upon arrival (361)325-2662.  We also offer at-home Covid-19 tests that are covered by many insurances or may be purchased OTC.

Yes. You can pay your charge account online. Just select "Rx Profile/Refills" from the top of the screen. Then select "Access Your Medication Profile/Online Refills HERE". After registering and logging in, you will be able to see your charge account balance and make payments.
