About Us

 Falfurrias Family Pharmacy and DME has been a cornerstone of Falfurrias since the early days. Originally Fred's Pharmacy, the name was changed under new ownership in 2022 to celebrate the community. After all, the pharmacy serves the families of Falfurrias and surrounding areas.

We are located in the town center on Rice Street with speedy service and a drive through window for those on the go. For those that have a moment to come inside, we have an ice cream counter with a dozen flavors of old fashioned hard serve ice cream. Get it in a cup or a cone or pair it with our freshly popped popcorn! We are also home to the only photo printing booth in the area. Print online or in-store. 

For those with hard to find meds, we've got access to multiple suppliers and a network of pharmacies to get what you need fast! ...and in most cases same-day or overnight. We also offer free delivery to Falfurrias, Premont, Hebbronville, and surrounding areas.
